Refund policy

While every effort is made to complete work safely and professionally, accidents can occasionally occur during lawn mowing and garden maintenance services. If damage is caused directly as a result of our work, I ask that you notify us as soon as possible with details and photos where applicable.

Any damage determined to have been caused by our negligence or equipment during service will be assessed and, where appropriate, repaired, replaced, or compensated.

Refunds are generally not provided for completed services; however, if a service has not been completed to a reasonable standard, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue, which may include returning to rectify the work where practical.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any hidden objects, hazards, irrigation systems, fragile items, or property concerns before work begins.
